Dr. David Cabiling is a board-certified plastic surgeon with advanced training in breast reconstruction and lymphedema surgery. He completed his education at Johns Hopkins, the University of Pennsylvania, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, focusing on complex microvascular techniques. Recognized nationally for his compassionate approach, Dr. Cabiling has been rated a Top Performer in Patient Satisfaction among physicians in the U.S. for two consecutive years.

Frank J. DellaCroce, MD, FACS
Dr. Frank DellaCroce is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a pioneering force in the field of reconstructive breast surgery. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he is internationally known for his contributions to microsurgical innovation, including the development of the advanced DIEP, SGAP, and APEX Flap℠ procedures. As a founder of the Center, he has devoted his career to helping women reclaim their sense of wholeness after mastectomy.
Scott K. Sullivan, MD, FACS
Dr. Scott Sullivan is a board-certified plastic surgeon and founding partner of the Center and St. Charles Surgical Hospital. As one of the most sought-after microsurgeons in the field, he has performed thousands of reconstructions and is recognized for advancing groundbreaking techniques using the body’s own tissue. Known for his leadership and advocacy, he serves on several advisory boards and has been named among the “Best Doctors in America” for six consecutive years.
Christopher G. Trahan, MD, FACS
Dr. Christopher Trahan is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon recognized for his dedication to innovation. As part of the world-renowned team at the Center and St. Charles Surgical Hospital, he specializes in advanced breast reconstruction and has additional expertise in cosmetic surgery of the breast and body. His work has earned numerous honors for clinical excellence and professional integrity, and he has recently been named one of the “Best Doctors in America.”
M. Whitten Wise, MD
Dr. Whitten Wise has performed more than 2,500 advanced microsurgical, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures in the New Orleans region since 2005. He has held faculty positions at LSU and Tulane, where he developed plastic surgery curricula, directed resident education programs, and helped shape surgical training in the region. A frequent contributor to national conferences and peer-reviewed medical publications, Dr. Wise combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to advancing the quality of reconstructive care.
Sarosh Naz Zafar, MD
Dr. Sarosh Zafar is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced training in microsurgery and breast reconstruction. She joined the Center and St. Charles Surgical Hospital in 2021, following roles in Lafayette, Louisiana, and Virginia, where she earned recognition for her leadership and clinical skill. Dr. Zafar is widely published in post-mastectomy breast reconstruction and frequently presents at national conferences. Her approach is rooted in compassion, with a focus on supporting each woman through every step of her surgical care.
W. Karl Ordoyne, MD, FACS
Dr. Karl Ordoyne is a board-certified breast oncologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in surgical cancer care. Before joining the Center and St. Charles Surgical Hospital, he held leadership roles with United Healthcare and practiced surgical oncology for nearly two decades across Louisiana. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has served as a Cancer Liaison Physician for the Commission on Cancer. Dr. Ordoyne has authored numerous publications on cancer treatment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
Alan Stolier, MD, FACS
Dr. Alan Stolier is a board-certified surgical oncologist with over 35 years of experience in breast cancer treatment. A pioneer in nipple-sparing mastectomy, he previously served as the first medical director of the Breast Center at Memorial Hospital in New Orleans. He is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at Tulane University and has published widely on breast cancer care, focusing on genetics and the BRCA mutation. Dr. Stolier was recently honored by the American Cancer Society for his dedication to advancing breast cancer treatment.
